Radiance Communications Pte Ltd was established on 18 June 1999 as a joint venture between two leading telecommunications companies in Singapore – Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation (Keppel T&T) and Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel).

Over the past decades, we have built up considerable expertise in voice and data technology. With leading technology partners, we deliver innovative communications solutions to our customers in a cost-effective manner.
