Radiance’s Optimised Conference Scheduler is a customised web-based booking system
that allows administrators and end users greater ease of access at organising and
participating in voice conferences.
With authorised user access, you can log-in to set up a conference, and send notifications
to intended participants via SMS and e-mail to inform them about the session.
You can also choose to send reminders nearer the scheduled time of the conference to
prompt them to join the session. Once a session is scheduled, participants can dial
in to the conference number with their access PIN, whether they are at their desk
phones, on their mobile phones, or even using PC softphones. Users can also log-in
to view all scheduled conferences, and even view historical utilisation reports.
