As the largest system integrator of communications solutions, Radiance is well equipped
to handle the integration and deployment phase of your migration. Our engineers
and project management team have decades of experience in deploying solutions of
different complexities, so you can rest assured that you’re in good hands.
After we have designed a solution tailored for your business, our Project Management
Team steps in to handle your network implementation. The team begins by identifying
the extent of integration work and features to be tested, implementation strategies,
configuration management and installation approach. Extensive and detailed planning
of the migration path is additionally mapped onto a comprehensive project schedule,
which provides you transparency of what we are doing, and when we are doing it.
To minimise on-site configuration and installation time, part of the integration
and testing of your solution and data is done in our labs before it is implemented
on your premises. This ensures least possible disruption to your communications
network, and at the same time, warrants that your solution is delivered ready for
maximum performance.
After your solution is integrated, we need to safeguard the reliability and robustness
of your system. To do that, we run extensive tests on the entire infrastructure
based on an agreed User Acceptance Test (UAT). From server to gateway to each individual
endpoint, we make sure that every component of the system meets our criteria for
quality performance. And when the tests are complete, your new network is ready
to go “live”. The immediate period after your system goes “live” is crucial, so
we arrange for an engineer to be on stand-by on your premises, so in the event that
there
are any hiccups, immediate action can be taken.

End User and Administrator Training |
To make sure your solution maximizes performance and improves your business processes,
it is necessary that your employees know how to make the best of your newly implemented
solution. We provide training for end users and administrators to show them how
to make your solution work with them, and work to their advantage.

Post-Integration Network Assessment |
After your network is up and running, we still need to run a comprehensive assessment,
just to be sure that your entire infrastructure is sound and performing to expectation.
This is followed by documentation and handover of your system. But of course, handing
over the system to you doesn’t mean that we leave the picture. We will continue
to provide the
support and maintenance
you need. After all, a first-class solution needs to be matched with
exceptional service. |
