Ms Chiam joined SingTel in June 1992 as Senior Sales Manager and was appointed
as Sales Director of Radiance Communications in July 1999. Re-designated as Senior
Director in 2007, she was responsible for the overall direction, management and
control of sales activities, to enhance and grow the business. With full profit
and loss responsibility, she drove sales strategies and developed long-term strategic
alliances to move the business beyond the local market. In December 2007, she was
appointed Acting CEO of Radiance.
Ms Chiam brings with her 25 years of extensive experience in the areas of PABX
and communications sales and regional business development, and has laid the foundation
for long-standing relationships with leading telecommunication partners such as
Avaya and Nortel, that forms part of the Radiance legacy today.
Prior to joining Radiance Communications, her previous employers include Philips Singapore and Telecom Equipment Pte Ltd.

Ms Han joined Radiance Communications in August 2000 as Chief Financial Officer,
and has overall responsibility in finance functions, which include funds and treasury
management, risk management and legal advice. She also manages a diverse range of
portfolios under Finance and Corporate Services that spans MIS, HR, Logistics, Process
Management and Repair Workshop.
Prior to joining Radiance Communications, Ms Han worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers,
DFS Group, Royal Sporting House and SiberHagner SEA at senior management level,
with responsibilities similar to that of Chief Financial Officer. She has more than
a decade’s experience and a strong record in financial management.

Mr Yap joined Radiance in July 2008, taking on the responsibility for the
management and strategic direction of the Operations Directorate, as well
as its profitability. His portfolio covers Project and Maintenance Support,
Customer Solutions Support, Customer Contact Centre and Applications Solutions.
Mr Yap brings to Radiance a distinguished track record of more than 20 years’
working experience and leadership. In his most recent 15-year term with The
Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pte Ltd (GIC), he played a key
role in the project management and implementation of Information Communications
relating to Voice and Video Solutions, Market Data Services and Mobile Services.
During this tenure, he was also responsible for process re-engineering and change
management.
